Artistry Meets Unconvenient Nightmares
The hotel's design is breathtaking, with painted walls that bring each corner to life. Not to mention, the outdoor shower made for refreshing moments under the sun. I adored the peaceful ambiance!
Sadly, the air conditioning was inconsistent and the shower couldn't drain properly, which led to discomfort. Communication with staff on these issues left much to be desired, making our long stay more challenging.

Beautifully adorned common areas, large private balcony with ocean views, unique artistic decor throughout
A fridge in the room would be awesome for keeping drinks cool!!! WiFi connection needs improvement for a hotel of this caliber!!!

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Puerto Escondido
Our family had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, treating us like family. Enjoyed the lovely pool and proximity to the beach. Don’t miss dining at Las Margaritas for breakfast—absolutely delicious! Book ahead for Las Caracoles for dinner. it’s a treat!

We had an amazing time at this hidden paradise, especially lounging by the beautiful pool during the hot afternoons. The spacious family suite was perfect for our crew, and we enjoyed easy access to Bahia Principal Bay, where we marveled at the fishing boats.
In my wife’s opinion, it would have been great to have a small fridge in the room for keeping drinks cool.

great charm but a little more attention to detail needed
The room was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views that made every moment feel special! The warm pool was a fantastic retreat after a day out, allowing us to relax in peace. Staff interactions were delightful and genuine, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the stunning sea view from our suite, which was a highlight of our stay.
Minor maintenance issues cropped up, which slightly detracted from the otherwise enjoyable experience.

The hotel is a charming oasis with a fantastic swimming pool that we enjoyed late into the evening. Our suite had a small dipping pool, providing extra relaxation. The room stayed impeccably clean and had a large window offering stunning views. Watching the lightning from our terrace was a highlight. The garden full of flowers attracted hummingbirds, and the presence of stone sculptures added character. The location suited us perfectly, with a large supermarket, ATMs, and restaurants all within walking distance. Major beaches were also nearby. Staff members were incredibly helpful, responding to our queries and making us feel at home. Only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak in our room, but it was stronger near the pool. We had such a great time that we extended our stay beyond the planned days.

The tacos on the corner are bomb, and I loved the vibes at Restaurante Junto al Mar—totally a must-try! The staff was super chill and helpful, making every moment feel like a breeze. The warm pool was a perfect spot to kick back after hitting the town.
No drinking water was a buzzkill during our week-long stay, but we rolled with it. Also, it would’ve been sweet to have a coffee spot nearby instead of gas station joe.

Loved the cozy charm and the pool was a delightful escape! The spacious room came with a lovely balcony but was slightly on the outdated side, like a time capsule of vintage Mexico.
No drinking water? My hydration routine went on a vacation! Plus, I was a tad bummed that the bar was closed—where's the fun in that?

The outdoor terrace with a view of the bay felt like a hidden escape, perfect for unwinding. The double room had spacious accommodations for four, which allowed plenty of room to spread out after days filled with adventure.
The lack of drinking water during the week-long stay was a bit of a downer. no backup plan was evident for this issue. While the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat and left us navigating how to fix it ourselves, the bed felt too hard for my taste, making sleep a bit challenging. Additionally, the kitchen lacked proper utensils, and the bathroom needed an upgrade, with an unpleasant odor lingering due to maintenance issues and rusted plumbing.

Ideal for families seeking comfort
The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was attentive. When the air conditioner broke down, they quickly moved us to a new room which was super nice. The pool area? Just beautiful surrounded by flowers and perfect for relaxing.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you know what? It was still okay.
